Dewatering Supervisor

Ground Support Systems (GSS Hire) is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven, hands-on, and experienced leader to step into the role of Dewatering Supervisor at our Adelaide branch.

We’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of onsite dewatering and water treatment installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standard. Key Responsibilities

• Install and removal of wellpoint dewatering system

• Daily maintenance and operational checks of pumps and dewatering systems

• Set up and commission pumps, generators and water treatment unit

• Supervising dewatering technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

• Assisting in organising equipment and personnel for site mobilisation
     

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in Dewatering, especially wellpoint dewatering system, deep well system and pumps.

• Basic knowledge of water treatment systems is desirable but not essential.

• A hands-on approach and a willingness to go above and beyond during this period of unprecedented growth.

• A current driver's license.

• Forklift license and excavator ticket (desirable).

• The physical fitness and resilience to thrive in a demanding role.

• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and communicate effectively with customers on-site.
