For more than 45 years, Ken Muston Automotive has been a fixture of the Shepparton motoring scene - a multi-franchise dealership built on genuine relationships, quality vehicles and a team that takes pride in doing things right. We're now looking for our next Automotive Sales Consultant to join us and help even more locals find their perfect car.

The Role

This is more than moving cars off the lot. You're the one they remember. From the first handshake and test drive, right through delivery day and the follow-up calls that turn a customer into a client for life. If you love people, love cars, and believe every customer deserves a first-class experience, this is your stage.

What We're Looking For

• An outgoing, confident and professional manner - you put people at ease, whether it's their first car or their fifth

• Genuine customer service instincts

• Confidence on the phone, especially when prospecting for new business

• A current driver's licence

• Solid computer skills

• A positive, competitive attitude and a real passion for sales

• A willingness to learn and to follow proven processes

• Commitment to keeping your product knowledge sharp

• Automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll back the right attitude with the right training
