Dietitian Grade 3 | Full-time Ongoing | Dandenong Hospital

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Grade 3 Dietitian to join the Nutrition and Dietetics team at Monash Health.

You will be an integral member of our senior leadership team, working alongside other Grade 3 and Grade 4 Dietitians to provide expert clinical leadership across the Nutrition and Dietetics service. You will also contribute to the delivery of high-quality dietetic services across multiple Monash Health sites.

In this influential role, you will:

• Champion the profile of dietetics and the importance of nutrition care across Dandenong Hospital and the acute service
• Build strong partnerships with senior medical, nursing and allied health colleagues to optimise patient outcomes
• Lead and support research, quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Mentor and develop Grade 1 and Grade 2 Dietitians to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
• Collaborate with the Nutrition and Dietetics leadership team to foster a positive culture of learning, growth, accountability and excellence

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education and providing clinical supervision
• A passion for developing others, with excellent organisational skills and a clear, warm communication style
• The ability to lead by example, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver a high standard of evidence-based dietetic interventions
• Proven leadership experience that fosters a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience providing clinical care to acute and/or subacute inpatients (preferred)
• Eligibility for full membership with Dietitians Australia and Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
• Relevant qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics (original or certified copies required)
• Postgraduate qualifications, or a demonstrated commitment to working towards them
• Current driver's licence
