About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, supplier receipts, and customer payments

• Manage debt recovery

• Maintain highly accurate stock and inventory records

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team to streamline operations

• Deliver professional, courteous reception support via phone and face-to-face

About you

• Proven experience in a mid-level administration role

• Minimum 1–2 years of proficiency using MYOB AccountRight

• Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Sharp attention to detail

• Strong time management

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be based in or near Cannonvale / Airlie Beach
