For more than 55 years, Vili's Family Bakery has been proudly feeding South Australians. From humble beginnings, we've grown into one of Australia's most recognised family-owned food manufacturers, supplying customers across Australia and export markets around the world.

As we enter an exciting new phase, we're looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead our brand, drive customer engagement and help shape what's next.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function, influence business strategy and make a genuine impact across a well-established and growing business. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll have the freedom to bring new ideas to life and see the direct results of your work.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead marketing initiatives, helping strengthen the Vili's brand and support commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, digital marketing initiatives and brand activities while working collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Product Development and external partners.

No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and delivering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen and promote the Vili's brand across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead digital marketing, website, social media and content initiatives.
• Deliver product launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop marketing collateral and point-of-sale materials.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and leadership teams to support commercial objectives.
• Manage agencies, designers, photographers and digital partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and marketing effectiveness.
• Lead, coach and develop a small marketing team.

About You

You're an energetic, commercially minded marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering results.

You may already be a Marketing Manager seeking a broader role with greater influence, or an experienced Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist or Senior Marketing Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career.

You'll bring:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Demonstrated experience delivering successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong digital marketing capability, including social media, website and content management.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and external agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational capability.
• The ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, hospitality or a related industry will be highly regarded.
