What You'll Be Doing

Working within the Marketing team, you'll be a key point of contact for contractors and clients navigating PageUp's platform and services. Your day-to-day will include:

• Responding to contractor and customer enquiries across email, phone, and digital channels with clarity and care
• Supporting onboarding and engagement activities that keep contractors informed and connected throughout their journey
• Collaborating with internal Marketing and Operations teams to ensure messaging and service delivery are aligned
• Identifying recurring issues and escalating feedback to improve the overall contractor experience

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor your tone to different audiences
• Comfort navigating digital platforms and CRM or talent management systems
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• A collaborative approach that fits naturally within a cross-functional team environment
• Previous exposure to SaaS, HR technology, or recruitment environments is well regarded
