As we continue to expand our Victorian dealership network, we are seeking an organised, proactive Vehicle Registration & Stock Coordinator to join our brand-new BYD Berwick dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including vehicle arrivals, transfers and allocations

• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systems

• Coordinate vehicle registrations and registration-related documentation

• Liaise with VicRoads and relevant internal teams regarding vehicle registrations

• Prepare, check and submit registration documents

• Track registration status and follow up outstanding matters

• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery and other departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock and registration information

• Provide general administrative support for stock and registration activities

About You

• Previous experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle registration or stock control is highly desirable

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good understanding of vehicle registration processes is an advantage

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office

• A valid Australian driver's licence
