Swimart Marketing Administrator – 5-Month Contract

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised Marketing Administrator who loves making things happen.
You'll be the engine room of our marketing team, coordinating campaigns, managing assets,helping to manage budgets, keeping projects on track and ensuring our stores receive the right marketing support at the right time.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and wants to build a career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
Assist in the planning and delivery of national marketing campaigns.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare campaign briefs and supporting documentation.
Track campaign progress and follow up outstanding tasks.
Marketing Administration
Maintain marketing calendars and schedules.
Coordinate approvals and artwork sign-off.
Organise marketing assets and digital libraries.
Maintain marketing databases and documentation.
Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
Assist with marketing budgets and expenditure tracking.
Franchise & Store Support
Respond to store marketing requests.
Coordinate the distribution of POS and marketing collateral.
Assist stores with local area marketing enquiries.
Liaise with suppliers, printers and agencies.
Help ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across the network.
Digital Marketing Support
Upload website content.
Assist with EDM preparation and scheduling.
Coordinate social media content.
Monitor online reviews and customer enquiries where required.
Events
Coordinate event logistics and supplier communications.
Organise merchandise and promotional materials.
Reporting
Maintain project trackers and action lists.
Assist with competitor monitoring and market research.

Skills & Experience
Essential
1–3 years administration or marketing experience.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable
Marketing qualification.
Experience with Meta Business Suite.
Experience working with franchises or retail businesses.
