Applications are now open to join our innovative multi-disciplinary team! We are seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our growing team of Occupational Therapists in our beautiful multidisciplinary Speech and OT clinic.

About Us:
Established in 1995, Nepean Speech and Occupational Therapy (NSPOT) is a highly respected multi-disciplinary team where we offer structured supportive career progression from New Graduate positions right up to Senior and Team Leader roles. We are a connected team of 27 OTs, Speechies and Client Care team members and are proud to be forerunners in Neuro Affirming Paediatric Practice! Located at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Mountains of Sydney, you will enjoy driving against the flow of traffic to get to work each day!

• Work with a team of 9 ND affirming occupational therapists with a diverse range of experience, who will provide additional "on the fly" support. 

• Work alongside a team of 12 speechies who will help you perform magic with your shared clients. 

• Admin and Therapy Assistant support are provided for all things NDIS and non-clinical tasks which allows you to focus on doing what you love! 

• We are huge promoters of work / life balance. You will end your week at lunchtime on Fridays. 

• We host awesome team bonding events that are held on a regular basis! 

The position:
You will be working with children and adolescents with a broad range of participation and engagement difficulties. Duties would include providing one on one therapy services, joint OT/speech therapy sessions, both office and school visits and running school holiday groups and intensives. We want you to gain a true sense of belonging to our wonderful team. Your caseload will consist of a mix of private and NDIS funded clients.

Essential Criteria:

• Occupational Therapy Australia Membership

• Private indemnity insurance

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and families

• Access to own transport with a current driver’s licence

• Working with Children Check and National Police Check

Salary: $80,000.00+ per year, depending on experience
