About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the opening of our new Tory Burch Homebush boutique.

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life from the very beginning. From recruiting and developing your team to preparing the boutique for launch, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience and establish the store as a destination for luxury fashion.

Once the boutique is open, you'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, customer experience and team development while ensuring every aspect of the business reflects Tory Burch's premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful opening of the new Tory Burch Homebush boutique.

• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing team.

• Create a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture from day one.

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting customer relationships through personalised service.

• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding store KPIs.

• Analyse business performance and implement action plans to maximise commercial opportunities.

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including rostering, inventory management, compliance and loss prevention.

• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently reflect Tory Burch's global brand standards.

• Collaborate with Regional and Support Office teams throughout the store opening and ongoing operations.

About You

You'll be an inspiring leader who is excited by the opportunity to build a new team and launch a luxury retail boutique.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leader within luxury, premium or high-performing retail.

• Previous experience with new store openings will be highly regarded.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales performance.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and luxury service.

• Demonstrated success recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire others through example.

• A genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail and creating memorable customer experiences.
