Location:  Adelaide Australia - Full-time position with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Provide technical support firstly via phone, video conferencing, and digital support platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Ag Leader products and services

• Manage escalated and time-sensitive support matters.

• Collaborate with dealers, customers, OEM partners, and internal teams to achieve successful resolutions.

Dealer Support & Development

• Support and develop dealer networks throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific.

• Assist with product installations, setup, and system optimisation.

• Provide in-field troubleshooting support when required.

• Deliver technical resources and support materials that enhance dealer capability and customer success.

Training & Field Support

• Deliver technical training programs for dealers and internal teams.

• Travel to support first-time installations and complex technical issues.

• Gather customer feedback and field observations to support product improvement and development initiatives.

• Document field activities, technical issues, and resolutions.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely and collaborate with Ag Leaders Internal and External stakeholders.

• Contribute to technical problem-solving across multiple regions.

• Maintain accurate records and case management within Salesforce.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support resources.

Travel Requirements

• Frequent travel throughout Australia.

• Occasional travel to New Zealand and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

• Ability to travel to the United States for training, support, and development activities.

• Valid Australian Driver's License and Passport.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Precision Agriculture, Agriculture, Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification.

• Experience in technical support, field service, agricultural technology, agricultural machinery, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Confidence using computer-based systems and CRM platforms to manage daily activities and maintain accurate records.

• An initiative-taking and practical approach to problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products is a must

• Precision agriculture technology and systems.

• Agricultural machinery and equipment.

• Auto-electrical systems.

• Electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems.

• Agricultural technology support environments.

• Salesforce CRM.

• Production agriculture.

• Delivering technical training, product demonstrations, or customer education programs.
