Membership Officer

About the role

Bodyfit is looking for a Membership Officer to join the team and help create an exceptional experience for members while driving the growth and performance of the club. You'll be involved across membership sales, lead generation, member engagement, retention and the day-to-day member experience. You'll be one of the key faces of Bodyfit and will play an active role in the performance of the club.

This is a result-focused role with commission opportunities, giving you the ability to increase your earnings by delivering strong results.

We're currently hiring for this role at: Blacktown, Emerton and Marrickville.

Key responsibilities

• Managing membership enquiries across walk-ins, phone, online and referrals

• Conducting club tours, consultations, trials and membership appointments

• Converting enquiries into new Bodyfit members

• Following up leads through phone, SMS and email

• Proactively generating new leads and referral opportunities

• Participating in local outreach, promotions, events and community activities

• Building genuine relationships with existing members

• Supporting member engagement, retention and re-engagement initiatives

• Assisting members with general membership and account enquiries

• Promoting Personal Training, Reformer Pilates, Group Fitness and other Bodyfit services

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, membership or another customer-facing environment would be highly regarded.
