We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to play a central role in supporting our sales and operations teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery.

About the Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and client engagement, supporting our commercial activities while helping ensure a high standard of delivery and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate quotes across hardware, software, and managed services

• Processing accepted orders and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers

• Supporting the Managing Director with sales proposals and documentation

• Managing monthly reconciliations of recurring services and licensing

• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and distributors

• Providing backup support to the Service Coordinator when required

• Quotes are accurate, clear, and delivered promptly

• Orders are processed efficiently with no delays or errors

• Recurring billing is clean, reconciled, and well managed

• Clients and vendors trust you as reliable and responsive

• The sales process feels organised, professional, and scalable

About You

You’re highly organised, detail-driven, and take pride in getting things right. You enjoy structured work but can adapt when things move quickly and you’re interested in building a career in technology and commercial operations.

You will bring:

• An interest in technology and how businesses use IT

Nice to have:

• Experience in a sales admin, coordination, or customer-facing role

• Exposure to IT, MSP, or technology environments

• Familiarity with CRMs, quoting tools, or PSA systems
