About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a rapidly growing company. You will work alongside another experienced Mechanical Engineer who has a strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services. The ideal candidate will have completed an Engineering degree and possess hands-on experience in HVAC design, project management, and engineering calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering calculations to support HVAC system design.

• Review and assess project plans, providing technical comments and recommendations.

• Interpret and apply engineering technical data to real-world projects.

• Engineering for all areas of Design Construct projects.

• Preparation of drawings for drafting.

• Review of workshop drawings.

• Selection of equipment.

• Development of O&M Manuals.

• Utilize software tools such as Camel Heat for load calculations.

• Work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• (Preferred) Experience with Blue Beam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Revit.

• Apply knowledge of Fluid Dynamics, Thermodynamics, and Project Management life cycle to HVAC projects.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

• Review of tender quotations.

• Liaising with site installation personnel to expedite installation works.

 About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent (Completed)

• Experience with HVAC is essential. Minimum 1 year experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
