Arabic Teacher — Caroline Secondary Springs Campus

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Arabic Teacher to join our team at our Caroline Springs Secondary Campus commencing Term 1, 2027.

About the Role

You will deliver engaging, high-quality Arabic language instruction to students, fostering both language proficiency and an appreciation of Arabic launguage. You'll plan and assess in line with the Curriculum / relevant curriculum framework and contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver differentiated Arabic lessons that cater to a range of abilities

• Assess, record and report on student progress in line with school and curriculum requirements

• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school programs

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events

• Uphold the school's values and commitment to student wellbeing

About You

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification

• Current [VIT] registration (or eligibility to obtain)

• Hold work rights in Australia

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students

• A team player who is organised, adaptable and student-focused
