Reach Ability Support is a trusted NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality Support Coordination and Disability Support Services across Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering individualised care that empowers participants while valuing and supporting our amazing team.
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking experienced, passionate Disability Support Workers and a Team Leader to join our growing team in Queensland.
We are expanding and currently have multiple opportunities to join our team in Qld.
We are hiring multiple Support Workers for both in home support, Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and Community Participation shifts. A Team Leader/Coordinator position is also available for candidates with strong leadership and coordination experience.
As a Support Worker, you will assist participants with:
Personal care, daily living activities, and meal preparation
Medication administration and manual handling
Community access, appointments, and social outings
Overnight support, including active or passive sleepovers
Reporting through daily notes and participant documentation
We are seeking candidates who are:
Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred
Flexible with availability (including rotating rosters, weekends, and overnight shifts)
Confident in supporting participants with diverse needs, including high-intensity support
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Manual Handling Certificate
Assist with Medications Certificate
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using mobile apps for rostering and reporting
Strong commitment to participant wellbeing and outcomes
