The Opportunity

Access Mining is building its maintenance crew at Andy Well Mine, a new underground gold operation in Western Australia, supporting two mines out of the established Andy Well Mine Workshop.

We want tradespeople who know their equipment, take ownership of their work, and back their team in a high-pressure underground environment.

Each team member makes a direct difference to availability, safety, and production. If that’s the environment you perform in, we’d like to hear from you.

Our Roles

As part of the crew, you’ll be responsible for the availability and reliability of underground mining equipment, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing machinery that keeps headings turning over around the clock.

What You Bring

• Trade qualification in heavy vehicle/plant mechanics

• Proven experience in an underground mining environment is preferred

• Zero-harm mindset - not just as a policy, but as a personal standard

• 14/14 Roster

• Pay Rate $75 to $95 per hour

• Fortnightly Pay

• Short charter flight from Perth to site and return

• Onsite accommodation at the recently established mine village, inclusive of a fully equipped gym

• Orientation Program - Access Mining employees will help you settle into the project and the village during the first three months
