Guest Services & Bookings Coordinator

Luxury Breaks South West is a boutique and bespoke short term holiday rental company situated in the heart of Dunsborough. 

We manage a portfolio of incredible properties throughout the South West Region including Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Yallingup, Quindalup, Broadwater and everywhere inbetween.

We have a fantastic full-time opportunity to join our team as a Guest Services & Bookings Coordinator. 

Primary tasks will include:

• Reception duties

• Handling and processing booking enquiries

• Liaising with Guests, Owners, Housekeepers and Contractors

• Guest services including property specific requirements, bond refunds, issues and reviews

• New Management administration and coordination

• Invoicing and data entry

• Miscellaneous general administration duties

• Consumables purchasing and restocking

• Miscellaneous tasks at our holiday homes (as required)

• Check-ins and Check-Outs at properties (as required)

• Assistance with the coordination of linen; including ordering, packing & delivery (as required)

 Candidates will ideally have the below skills & attributes:

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to use initiative and work autonomously

• Great attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Effective time management

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

• Current drivers licence & own car
