About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and people-first Retail Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting Stocklands Cairns store.

To be successful for this role, you will: 

• Oversee the operations of the Stockland Cairns Store, ensuring it meets and exceeds KPIs.
• Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
• Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
• Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
