Roll Form Operator

Bargain Steel Centre is a leading supplier of steel products and building materials, servicing customers across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Roll Form Operator to join our team.

This hands-on role is responsible for operating roll forming machinery to produce high-quality steel products while ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.

• Operate and monitor roll form machinery and related equipment

• Set up machines according to production specifications

• Measure, inspect, and quality-check finished products

• Load and unload steel coils and materials

• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work collaboratively with the production and dispatch teams

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience operating roll form machinery or similar manufacturing equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to accurately measure and work to specifications

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential

• Experience in the steel, roofing, or manufacturing industry is highly regarded
