End of Lease / Bond Cleaning Team

We are seeking experienced, thorough End of Lease & Bond Cleaning Teams / Workers to take full ownership of end-of-lease and deep carpet cleaning jobs across Mandurah and surrounding suburbs.

​This role is ideal for established cleaners or small teams who want consistent work. Every job undergoes a detailed final inspection to ensure it passes real estate bond standards.

​Core Responsibilities

• ​Full end-of-lease property cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, walls, windows, ovens, and general bond requirements).
• ​Carpet cleaning services, including spot treatment, pet stain, and pet odor removal.
• ​Independent management and completion of allocated jobs within specified timeframes.
• ​Ensuring properties meet strict real estate bond inspection standards.

​Key Requirements

• ​Experience: Proven track record in bond/end-of-lease cleaning and carpet cleaning. You must understand the level of detail required to pass real estate exit inspections.
• ​Equipment & Chemicals: Access to professional-grade carpet cleaning machinery, exit-clean tools, and industry-standard cleaning supplies.
• ​Business Setup: Valid ABN, active GST registration (if applicable), and current Public Liability Insurance.
• ​Reliability: Valid Driver’s License, reliable transport, and high accountability.

Pay: From $28.50 per hour
