Are you an energetic and dynamic Garment Technician looking for a role where you can truly make your mark?
Reali is on the hunt for a creative and adaptable Garment Tech to join our vibrant team in Meadowbrook, QLD, on a part-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative, functional, and high-quality workwear designs. You'll not only be working across our broader range but also directly shaping the future of Eureka, our highly successful private-label workwear brand that has dominated the market for the past six years.

What you'll be doingDesign & Develop: Conceptualise and design cutting-edge workwear garments for our diverse clientele and our private label, Eureka.
Technical Excellence: Create detailed technical specifications, including tech packs, materials, and construction details, to guide the manufacturing process.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with our overseas factories to develop samples, meet strict deadlines, and ensure our QA/QC processes are executed flawlessly.
Market Pulse: Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure our products remain competitive, safe, and on-trend.
Creative Crossover (E-Com & Marketing): Step outside the traditional tech role! You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create visually engaging product presentations, develop marketing collateral, and assist with hands-on e-commerce tasks.
A Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Experience in workwear or technical garment design.
A strong understanding of fabric properties, construction techniques, and garment technology.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and 3D modeling tools.
An adaptable, dynamic mindset with a willingness to jump in and help with e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for creating high-quality workwear.
