We are currently seeking experienced night duty Registered Nurses to join our supportive team at Ascot WA Home on a part time basis for shifts on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.

Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care plans
• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and records
• Support residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative Care
• Adhere to infection prevention and control practices
• Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in Aged Care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
• Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
