Research Assistant

Role DescriptionThe Research Assistant will support research projects by conducting data collection, analysis, and documentation to contribute to informed decision-making and organizational objectives. This role is responsible for assisting with research activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the quality and integrity of research data.The position will perform literature reviews, gather and organize qualitative and quantitative data, prepare research materials, and assist in the development of reports and presentations. The role will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support research initiatives, monitor project progress, and ensure that research activities are completed in accordance with established methodologies and standards.Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, maintaining research databases, preparing summaries and reports, coordinating research activities, supporting surveys and interviews where applicable, and ensuring proper documentation of research findings. The Research Assistant will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying relevant information, supporting evidence-based recommendations, and maintaining confidentiality of research data.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of research methodologies, data collection techniques, and analytical principles.Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, research databases, or data visualization software is an advantage.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple research tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
