Weekly Mentoring with our Senior Podiatrist of 30 years Experience:
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Podiatrist role based in Frankston, VIC.
Flexible Hours and Days.Flexible Start Date
The Podiatrist will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, skin and nail pathologies, and diabetic foot complications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical consultations, developing treatment plans, prescribing and reviewing orthotics, and providing biomechanical assessments and gait analysis. The role also involves educating patients on preventative care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records, and adhering to relevant clinical and safety standards. Participation in practice initiatives, case discussions, and continuing professional development is expected.
Qualifications Recognized degree in Podiatry and current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional board.Commitment to evidence-based practice, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical governance and infection control standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and culturally safe, inclusive patient care.
