GP Refresh is one of Australia’s fastest-growing medical education conferences, delivering evidence-based CPD training to General Practitioners across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and internationally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven leader to scale delegate registrations, sponsorship revenue, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delegate Growth
Drive delegate sales across all conferences
Optimise digital campaigns
Manage CRM systems
2. Sponsorship & Exhibitions
Develop longterm sponsorship package sales
Manage exhibitor pipeline
Build industry partnerships
3. Marketing & Brand Growth
Oversee campaigns
Improve conversion rates
Launch new channels
4. Partnerships
Build relationships with RACGP, PHNs, GP clinics and corporate groups
5. Event Commercial Strategy
Pricing strategy
Upselling opportunities
Revenue optimisation
KPIs
Delegate numbers
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Cost per acquisition
Conversion rate

5+ years experience in events/commercial roles

Salary
$100K – $130K + KPI bonuses
