Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, define market strategies, develop compelling value propositions, and lead go-to-market initiatives that strengthen our position in rapidly evolving markets.

What You'll Be Doing

You will play a key role in shaping market direction and accelerating growth across the Pacific region.

Develop and execute segment marketing strategies aligned to business growth objectives and market prioritiesIdentify customer, market, and competitive insights to uncover new growth opportunities and strengthen market positioningBuild compelling value propositions, messaging, and segment narratives that clearly differentiate Schneider Electric's solutionsLead go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Channel teamsDrive thought leadership through industry engagement, strategic content, customer programs, and market-facing initiativesFoster collaboration across teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and measurable business outcomes

About You

You're a strategic and commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys combining big-picture thinking with practical execution.

Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline10+ years' experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, business development, go-to-market, or similar B2B rolesExperience positioning and commercialising technology-based solutions across industries such as energy, automation, software, electrical infrastructure, or digital technologiesStrong understanding of customer buying journeys, market segmentation, value proposition development, and demand generationExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across all levelsExperience working with customers across Industrial, Buildings, Infrastructure, Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, or Data Centre markets will be highly regarded
