Available Positions

Diploma Room Leader

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of educators.

• Create engaging, play-based learning environments aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Guide curriculum planning, observations and developmental documentation.

• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.

• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement.

Diploma Educator

As a Diploma Educator, you will:

• Support the implementation of engaging educational programs.

• Build secure, responsive relationships with children.

• Contribute to observations, programming and developmental documentation.

• Work collaboratively with your Room Leader and fellow educators.

• Promote children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions.

• Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

About You

You will have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• A current Working with Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

• GEKKO training, food handling certificate, Child protection training

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for early childhood education.

For Room Leader applicants, previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
