Assistant Manager - Settlers Tavern

We're a family-focussed hotel featuring lots space for dining, a private function room, playground and beer garden complete with open fire-places.

Following a huge renovation, we are looking for an Assistant Manager who is a true team player and is passionate about customer service. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Positive leadership and clear direction

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues

• Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop

• Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP essential

• Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster

• Excellent administrative and time management skills

• Some experience with booking functions in a similar environment.
