Senior Hairdresser

                   JUST CUTS are now hiring Senior Hairdressers

At Just Cuts™ we work in a non-chemical environment and perform style cutting, shampoos, dry offs and blow waves. 

And we have our own retail brand, JUSTICE Professional, sold exclusively in all our salons. 

So, if you are looking to work in a friendly Team environment with hours to suit your lifestyle, then we've got the job for you. 

Hours/Days: Up to 38 hours per week available
 

Location: PACIFIC FAIR Shopping Centre

Salary: 

• Pay and conditions in accordance with the Hair and Beauty Industry Award 2020. Above-award rates offered for the right candidate.

• Bonuses on Product Sales and Points Redeemable for Prizes/Cash as well as other cash incentives.

• Up to $500 SIGN ON BONUS

All day parking in shopping center for staff ( nominal cost)

More about you: 

• Skills – Certificate 3, completed apprenticeship, 3 years full time work experience in lieu of qualification

• Good communication skills

• Works well in a Team environment

• Has a friendly, positive, personality

• Well-groomed and well presented

• Providing advice on hair care, and hairstyles

• Shampooing and conditioning, beard trims, blow waves etc

• Hair styling/cutting

• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working order
