Experienced Gardener (Casual/Part Time/Full Time)

Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a growing, family-owned business providing professional garden maintenance and strata grounds services across Sydney.

We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality work while creating a supportive workplace where our team enjoys coming to work each day.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for motivated gardeners to join our team.

You'll be working across a variety of residential, commercial and strata properties, helping keep gardens and outdoor spaces looking their best.

• Lawn mowing, edging and whipper-snipping

• Hedge trimming and pruning

• Garden maintenance and plant care

• Weed control and mulching

• Garden clean-ups and presentation work

• Soft landscaping and planting projects

• Operating and maintaining gardening equipment

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

• Previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience

• Current driver's licence

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in strata maintenance

• Truck or trailer experience

• Chemical spraying licence

• Team leadership experience

• Casual rates from $35–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

• Full-time salaries from $60,000–$80,000 + super

• Flexible working arrangements
