Rocklea, Brisbane QLD | Full-Time

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Rocklea. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and values accuracy and teamwork.

Working alongside an experienced team, your primary responsibility will be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Unlike a bulk pallet or forklift operation, this role involves picking small to medium-sized industrial parts, so you'll be on your feet throughout the day and moving regularly.

This is a straightforward role with genuine opportunities for growth. As you develop, you'll receive training in other warehouse functions, including dispatch and goods receiving, with support from the Warehouse Supervisor. We actively encourage career progression for team members looking to build their skills and take on new responsibilities.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time

• Assist with dispatch and goods receiving activities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse

• Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets

• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is advantageous

• Good physical fitness and the ability to be active throughout the day

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
