ARB Wollongong is looking for a motivated full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team at our flagship Wollongong store.

Our Wollongong store is a flagship location, and we take pride in great customer service, product knowledge, and quality workmanship. We don’t just sell gear, we help customers get more out of their vehicles and their adventures.

The Role

As a full-time Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in-store, over the phone, and online. Your role will include:

• Providing expert advice on ARB products and services

• Building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional service

• Preparing quotes and processing sales orders

• Working closely with the workshop to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time

• Maintaining showroom presentation, promotions, and daily operations

• Supporting ARB events, open days, and 4WD shows

What We’re Looking For

• A strong customer-first attitude

• Sales experience (automotive or 4x4 industry experience highly regarded)

• Confidence communicating

• The ability to work independently and within a team

• Great attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Solid computer skills and a professional phone manner

• A current driver’s license (manual)

This position will report to the Manager and will incorporate a Saturday morning roster (8am-12pm), which will be paid in overtime rates.
