Join Siemens Energy as an HR Business Partner and play a key role in shaping people outcomes across our business in Australia and New Zealand. This role partners with leaders to deliver practical, commercially aligned HR solutions across employee relations, workforce planning, talent, performance, change and compliance.

About the Role : As a trusted partner to leaders, you will align people priorities with business objectives and provide clear, pragmatic HR advice across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR colleagues, Centres of Expertise and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant and high-impact outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people plans.
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations and workforce transitions.
• Support workforce planning including succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to change initiatives, restructures and business transformation activities.
• Coach leaders to build capability, improve engagement and strengthen team performance.
• Partner with HR teams and Centres of Expertise to deliver consistent HR programs, processes and projects. Including Merit cycles and performance management.
• Use workforce data and insights to proactively identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, company policies and governance requirements.

What You Bring

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Business Partner roles, ideally within a complex, matrixed or multinational environment.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, employee relations practices and HR governance requirements.
• Strong business partnering, influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting performance, talent, workforce planning, change and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Confidence using HR systems, Microsoft Office tools and workforce data to support decision-making
