Based at our North Ryde office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW — working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Join a close-knit, supportive team where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your planning skills and quick thinking will make a real impact.
Your day will involve:Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveryCoordinate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availabilityUse advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movementsCommunicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experienceProvide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems.
What are we looking for?A strong team player with top-notch communication and customer service skillsA fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilitiesComfortable working with computer systems and digital toolsExperience in logistics, allocations, freight, or dispatch is a bonusKnowledge of NHVR fatigue management is a plus — training provided if not!
