Experienced Property Manager / Support to Senior PM – School Hours

Turner Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants a role built around their strengths, lifestyle and preferred workload. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys property management but no longer wants the pressure of managing a full end‑to‑end portfolio.

About the role

You will work closely with our Senior Property Manager, supporting her with selected PM tasks based on your strengths. This may include:

• Owner and tenant communication

• Routine administration

• Maintenance coordination

• Leasing support

• Light portfolio tasks (if desired)

We will shape the role around what you enjoy and what you do best.
There is no requirement to manage a full portfolio unless you choose to.

What you will NOT be responsible for

• No after hours calls

• No weekend work

• No overloaded portfolio

• No unrealistic KPIs

• No high pressure environment

About you

You’re someone who is:

• Experienced (minimum 2 years in residential PM)

• Registered (WA PM registration required)

• Organised, reliable and confident with communication

• Collaborative, respectful and supportive — the qualities that define our culture
