We're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Accounts & Admin Officer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of a busy business, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Accounts & Administration Officer, you will support the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the business, working closely with management and the wider team to ensure smooth business operations.

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance administration

• Process and maintain accounting documents and financial records

• Support office purchasing and general administrative functions

• Provide general support across finance, administration and business operations as required

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance administration or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Experience using ERP or accounting software

• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

• A positive, responsible and hands-on attitude

This is a full-time, office-based position. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate is required to work on-site during normal business hours.
