Automotive Detailer – $70K + Super + Bonuses

Are you an experienced automotive detailer who takes pride in your work, works hard and wants to become even better at what you do?

Maybe you're tired of doing the same basic detailing every day and want the opportunity to develop more advanced skills in machine polishing, paint correction, ceramic coatings and premium vehicle protection.

At EverClear Window Tinting, we're looking for an experienced and motivated automotive detailer to join our growing automotive protection team in Castle Hill.

You don't need to be the best detailer in Sydney.

We're much more interested in finding someone with a solid detailing foundation, the right attitude, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to work hard, learn and improve.

If that's you, we'll help develop the rest.

• $70,000 base salary + super

• Performance bonuses with OTE $80K–$85K+

This isn't a contractor position or a job where you're left working by yourself.

You'll become part of a close team in an established automotive protection business that has completed more than 10,000 vehicles and earned 170+ five-star Google reviews.

You'll join our growing automotive detailing and vehicle protection department, working alongside experienced team members while developing your own skills and responsibilities.

Your day will include:

• Vehicle washing, decontamination and preparation

• Interior and exterior detailing

• Machine polishing

• Paint enhancement and correction

• Ceramic coating preparation and application

• Interior, leather, fabric, wheel and glass protection

• New-car protection packages

• Preparing premium vehicles for PPF, tint and coating services

• Maintaining a clean, professional and organised workshop

If you already have paint correction or ceramic coating experience, that's a major advantage.

If you don't, we can teach you.

What we're really looking for is someone with the attitude, motivation and work ethic to learn.

You don't need every qualification or years of high-end paint correction experience.

You do need previous professional automotive detailing experience.

We're looking for someone who works hard without needing to be constantly pushed, takes pride in the small details, is reliable, works well in a team, wants to improve their skills, respects customer vehicles, takes feedback constructively, keeps their workspace organised and wants a long-term position and career.
