CrowdStrike Solution Architect – Next-Gen SIEMContract: 3–4 monthsFocus: SOC, SIEM and security data lakeStage: Planning and solution design
We are seeking an experienced CrowdStrike Solution Architect to lead the planning and design of our clients CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM solution.
The architect will work with security, infrastructure and business stakeholders to define the target solution, develop the high-level design and establish the documentation and operational processes required for implementation.
Key responsibilities:Lead discovery and planning for the CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM solution.Assess the current SOC, SIEM, logging and security data environment.Design the future-state SIEM and security data lake architecture.Produce high-level solution and integration designs.Define data sources, ingestion patterns, retention requirements and log-management approaches.Design integrations across CrowdStrike and relevant cloud, identity, endpoint and security platforms.Develop SOC use cases, detection scenarios and incident-response playbooks.Produce operational procedures, process documentation and implementation roadmaps.Define security, governance, access-control and compliance requirements.Facilitate design workshops and communicate recommendations to technical and senior stakeholders.Support implementation planning, effort estimates, sequencing, risks and dependencies.
Required experience:Strong solution architecture experience across enterprise cyber security environments.Hands-on architectural knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon and CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM.Experience designing SOC, SIEM, log-management or security data lake solutions.Strong understanding of security telemetry, data ingestion, detection engineering and incident response.Proven ability to produce high-level designs, architecture diagrams and detailed design documentation.Experience developing SOC playbooks, operating procedures and governance processes.Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Ability to take a solution from early planning through to an implementation-ready design.
