As our barista/all rounder you'll be the friendly face and smooth operator at the front line

The Role

• Lead the customer experience: warmly welcome guests, take orders, and manage

service flow.

• Maintain an inviting and tidy café environment. Think clean counters, organised

display of pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Handle transactions and manage stock: including daily cash reconciliations and

coordinating product availability between the front and bakery.

• Champion our brand values: demonstrate passion for quality, care for local and

sustainable sourcing, and enthusiasm for our unique offerings.

• Produce consistent, quality, barista quality coffe every time.

What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who:

• Truly loves the bakery scene and has plenty of passion for sourdough, croissants, coffee

and bakery culture.

• Has exceptional customer service flair: proactive, warm, and attentive.
