HMA Wear Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable 1st-year Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team in Berkeley Vale, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the engineering and manufacturing industry while gaining hands-on experience and nationally recognised qualifications.

About the RoleAs a 1st Year Apprentice Boilermaker, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop practical skills in:
Fabrication and welding
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Cutting, forming, and assembling metal components
Safe operation of workshop equipment and machinery
Quality control and inspection processes
Working within a team to manufacture specialised wear solutions
You will complete a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) while earning and learning on the job.
About YouTo be successful, you will:
Have a genuine interest in engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing
Be mechanically minded and eager to learn
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Hold a driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
Have completed Year 10 or higher
School leavers and mature-age applicants are encouraged to apply.
