Your Role

We have the perfect Part-Time opportunity for you to join our team as a Care Service Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our residents! You’ll assist our Personal Care Workers by providing essential care services that help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

What you’ll Do:

Providing basic mobility assistance such as walking with a resident or propelling their wheelchairAssisting with the delivery of meals and removal of dishes/meal traysSupervising residents in a memory support unitStocking resident’s individual continence bagsCleaning resident rooms and laundry dutiesProviding emotional support to residents and assisting their families/visitorsAssisting residents to attend activities and do things that are of interest to them

What you will bring:

Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)Availability across the weekLifestyle and Support Services experiences in an Aged Care environment Unlimited working rights in AustraliaHospitality or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsCompassion and EmpathyAn understanding of resident rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes (highly regarded but not essential)
