About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced and collaborative team, supporting a large, predominantly frontline workforce. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, you'll provide practical, commercially focused HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, workforce planning, compliance and HR change projects.
You'll play a key role in supporting leaders through employee relations matters, change initiatives and people-focused programs, while helping to create a positive and high-performing workplace culture. In addition, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development to an HR Advisor, contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the HR team.
