Covert Loss Prevention Associate

We're looking for a highly observant and professional Covert Loss Prevention Associate to support our Organised Retail Crime (ORC) strategy through discreet surveillance, intelligence gathering, and partnership with Police and Loss Prevention teams.

What You'll Do

• Conduct covert, plain-clothes surveillance in high-risk stores and retail precincts.

• Identify repeat offenders and organised retail crime activity.

• Gather, document, and communicate actionable intelligence to ORC teams and Police.

• Support investigations through CCTV review, evidence management, and witness statements.

• Contribute to shrink reduction initiatives and ORC case management.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Investigations, or similar.

• Strong understanding of retail theft trends and organised retail crime behaviours.

• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.

• High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently.

• Experience using CCTV, Auror, Resolver, Microsoft Office, or similar systems.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Australian Security Licence, or ability to obtain and maintain one.

• Ability to travel across TK Maxx store locations as required.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.

• Commitment to safety, compliance, and professional conduct.

• Ability to build strong working relationships with Police and external partners.
