PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant – Sydney

Delivery Centric is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant with strong knowledge of GL, AP, AM, Pay Cycle and Positive Pay to support finance processes, system configuration, testing, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as the functional SME across PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), Pay Cycle and Positive Pay
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, document and validate business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and PeopleSoft solutions
• Configure and optimise PeopleSoft FSCM functionality to support business and finance processes
• Support core financial operations including journal entries, accruals, adjustments, month-end and year-end close activities
• Develop and support financial reporting, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reporting
• Configure and support automated allocations, chart of accounts structures and financial controls
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with best practices
• Support balance sheet, bank and GST reconciliations
• Participate across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues in a fast-paced project environment

Primary Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• Deep functional expertise across GL, AP, AM, Pay Cycle and Positive Pay
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and operations
• Proven experience supporting PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades or finance transformation programs
• Experience developing functional specifications and working closely with technical teams
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and financial controls
• Demonstrated experience with data validation, testing and user acceptance activities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across business, finance and technology teams within a global delivery model
