Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant (ERP) with extensive knowledge of the ERP Implementation The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, pricing strategies, commercial processes, and operational workflows. The individual will act as the primary functional authority, guiding business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.8+ years of experience as , Functional Consultant, or Solution Consultant in the ERP.
Roles and Responsibilities:Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Texada, Wynne Systems, MCS Rental Software, Point of Rental, or similar Rental Management solutions.Exposure to CRM, Pricing Engines, Finance, Asset Management, and enterprise system integrations.Experience working in Agile delivery environments alongside software engineering teams.Define and validate end-to-end Hire-to-Return workflows, business rules, rental contract lifecycle, and pricing models.Drive functional solution design for Quote Management, Hire Management, Rental Contracts, Pricing, Fleet Operations, Billing, and Asset Management capabilities.Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Development teams to translate business requirements into functional system capabilities.
