Autobody Prestige is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our high-performing team.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Estimator within the collision repair industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs.

• Experience using iBodyshop (essential), along with PartsCheck, Audanet, Estimage, and ORM.

• Experience preparing and managing third-party insurance quotes.

• Excellent computer, organisational, and time management skills.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

As a Vehicle Estimator, you will:

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using iBodyshop (essential).

• Complete vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging where required.

• Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and customers throughout the repair process.

• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards, returning vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

• Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.

• Coordinate customer handovers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Work closely with the production team to keep repairs on schedule.
