We are looking for a values driven leader who can translate planning, data and contract insights into clear operational outcomes, while fostering a culture aligned with Council’s Leadership Blueprint.
Public Space Operations, through its Contracts Management function, delivers a wide range of contract-based services across the city, supporting clean, safe and well-maintained public spaces.
The Role
As the Contracts Manager Planning and Analytics, you will lead the Planning and Analytics function for contract services within Public Space Operations.
You will lead a team responsible for operational planning, scheduling integrity, data management, forecasting, procure to pay controls, dashboards and reporting. The role will support consistent, timely and evidence-based decision making across the PSO contracts portfolio.
You will ensure that service plans, schedules, financial inputs and reporting outputs are accurate, timely and aligned to business needs, enabling effective outcomes across the team’s Plan, Do, Check, Act operating model.
