About the role
We are seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking Packaging Operators to join our Filling and Packaging team. You will operate filling, packing and labelling equipment while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to our high-quality standards. Full training is provided, so previous manufacturing experience is not essential. With significant investment in new automated technology, this is also an opportunity to learn and operate new equipment as we expand our production capabilities.
Working Hours: 6.30am to 2.36pm Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities
Safely operate and set up filling, packing and labelling equipment.
Monitor product quality, output and equipment performance.
Complete line cleaning, changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
Follow GMP, quality, safety and production procedures.
Accurately complete required production and quality records.
Work with the team to achieve daily production targets and support continuous improvement.
About you
Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a strong commitment to attendance.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take direction.
High attention to detail and pride in quality.
Ability to work at a productive pace in a fast-moving environment.
Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
Physically capable of manual and repetitive work.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Manufacturing or packaging experience is desirable but not essential.
A forklift licence/ticket is not essential but would be well regarded.
