Larsen Jewellery was established twenty years ago with a vision of providing customers direct access to a fine jewellery workshop, offering a combination of exquisite workmanship and personal service.  Since establishing the business, we have grown steadily and now have more than 30 staff across our three studios in Sydney and Melbourne and Brisbane!

We specialise in custom-made jewellery, including engagement and wedding rings, and sell loose diamonds and coloured gemstones.  We use a variety of production methods, including CAD and handmaking.  We don't do general repairs.

Due to a beloved staff member moving interstate, we have a full-time role (part-time considered) in our Melbourne studio that will appeal to an experienced bench jeweller. It is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that is dedicated to ethical business practices (we are licensed to use Fairtrade metals and are carbon neutral).

Key requirements

• Several years bench experience making fine jewellery such as engagement rings in 18ct and platinum using a variety of production methods including handmaking and assemblies.

• Given our focus on quality, a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail is absolutely essential.

• A good general knowledge of diamonds and coloured gemstones.

• A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.

• Stone setting skills a bonus but not essential.
